  • When is check in and check out at Twin Mountain Inn & Suites?

    Check in begins at 3 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m.

  • What are your office hours?

    We are open 24 hours! We have someone in the office who can answer your questions any time of day, so don’t hesitate to call!

  • Are you pet friendly? Do you have pet fees?

    We are pet friendly and we do have a pet fee. Our fee is $10 per pet, per night, plus tax. You can call our reservation team if you have any other questions about our pet fee.

  • What are your complimentary breakfast hours?

    Breakfast is available every day of the week. Our breakfast includes biscuits and gravy, vanilla waffles, fruit, breads and pastries, juice, coffee and more.

    • Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
    • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We allow cancellation up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival date for a full refund. Holidays and special events may not apply, so it’s best to check with our reservation team if you have any questions about our cancellation policy.

  • Can you accommodate groups?

    Yes! We can definitely accommodate groups of any size. If you need help booking a group reservation, give us a call any time.

  • When is the pool open?

    Our seasonal, outdoor swimming pool is open from May through September.
