We love our guests at Twin Mountain Inn! Here’s what our guests have to say about their experience at our Pigeon Forge hotel.
We always stay at this hotel. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. We can stay here and walk to the shops and to the Dixie stampede We come back at night and sit on the balcony and listen to the calming river below. The continental breakfast was a great addition We have stayed here once a year for almost 20 years. The are reasonable and always clean.
Spacious, clean rooms( slightly dated, big deal) with a beautiful view of the Little Pigeon River. There was plenty of wildlife to view just from the balcony : blue herons, ducks, geese, groundhogs, bats, and more. Room had a fireplace (didn’t use) fridge, microwave, and double sinks that was a major convenience. You could grab a quick breakfast as early as 6:30 and be on your way. Pool, room, and grounds were all clean, all the staff was super friendly and helpful.
We have stayed in this hotel in the past. We booked a quiet get-a-way for the July 4th week. We were very impressed with the new refrigerators, microwaves, and flat screened TV’s. We also had noticed new mattresses. The hotel now offers a free continental breakfast. Free coffee, juices and cereal is available all day and night. We will definitely stay there again. The rooms were very clean. The desk clerks were very friendly, and even helped us find a local “off the path bar” for a late night snack. Upon checking out we were informed many changes are coming for this hotel, can’t wait to see them!!
Arrived this morning here and i am more than satisfied! First of all it is pet friendly, we do not stay where we can’t take our pets. The room is so spacious and very clean. We are on the 5th floor and the balcony overlooking the river is fantastic. The pool is clean and was so nice to be able to swim without being over run with a lot of people. We are coming back in December and we will definitely be staying here!
This place was amazing. I got a good deal on the last available room. (they book fast) with a fireplace and balcony. We had went to Cades Cove and didn’t see much wildlife but to our amazement we did see plenty from our balcony here. A groundhog, a blue heron and several birds around the gorgeous pigeon river. The pool is well maintained and the staff were extra accommodating. We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. The only thing was the beds were super firm but my wife loves firm beds, me not so much. We didnt have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. But for the area the price is amazingly affordable for such a nice room and it looked like every room had a balcony on the river. It is on a backstreet in a quiet area, also a plus and if going to dollywood here is a tip, the hotel is less than a mile from patriot park. Park there or walk, and use a trolley for 50 cents a person to save the enormous parking fee. you’ll have to wait on the shuttles at dollywood even if you park there so it is a no brainier. The staff here will give perfect directions to everything. YOU CAN HERE DOLLYWOODS TRAIN FROM YOUR BALCONY so close to the action but feels so secluded and peaceful.SUPER GREAT FOR COUPLES!!!! VERY CLEAN A+++
This inn is one block off of the Parkway .Behind Dixie Stampede. The room is very large with 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed.The beds are super compfy. It also has a fireplace in the room. It is on the river. There is a small balcony on each unit. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ducks and birds. There is also a Continental breakfast. Cute Bear Waffles. A nice outdoor pool. A. Very helpful staff For the money and space, this is a very good deal on both.
This was my wife and i’s first visit to this motel, and I must say I am quite impressed. The staff greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes. We were early and they took us no problems. Very clean room, great view off our private balcony, and the rate was very budget friendly (especially for a Jacuzzi suite on a holiday week.) Over all I would recommend this hotel to any and every one needing a quiet place off the strip, but close enough to walk to just about any attraction or trolley stop.
